Located on the town’s boundary, Urbenville Forest Park is an ideal base to explore the natural attractions and history of the area.
Parking is available for up to 96 hours with powered and non-powered sites available. Facilities include toilets, showers and woodfire barbeques, shaded seating and water. The cost is $10 per van per night, payable at the local newsagency/post office (48 Urben Street). Pets on leads are permitted at the site.
Surrounding Urbenville, you will find many waterfalls and swimming holes, including the Tooloom Falls and Bean Creek Falls. Visitors can enjoy fishing, canoeing and fossicking, or exploring some interesting volcanic landforms nearby. This is an RV-friendly destination.
