The Civic Heart of Kyogle comes alive in 2026 with the Stratheden Street Markets!
Kyogle’s key market events – KYOGLE BAZAAR and the KYOGLE FARMERS’ MARKET – bring the best of the LGA to a closed off Stratheden Street. Live Music, featuring some of the best-of-the-region’s touring musicians. Market stalls, artisan producers, fresh produce, and crafts and wares will line the length and breadth of Stratheden Street and the Kyogle Council Park.

Long-time collaborators Andrea Soler & Tim Tonkin deliver an honest, acoustic blend of folk, roots, and world music. Andrea’s clear, soulful vocals pair naturally with Tim’s percussion, harmonies, and guitar work — their instruments intricately intertwine, creating a rich sound shaped by years of playing together.
Andrea has toured widely through Australia and Europe, performing at festivals like Rudolstadt (GER), Larmer Tree (UK), and Woodford Folk Festival (AUS). Her songwriting carries the spirit of a modern troubadour, weaving stories with heart and humour.
Tim Tonkin is a seasoned musician, producer, singer-songwriter, and guitarist who has long been part of the Northern Rivers music community. His style is shaped by a lifelong love of rhythm — from early encounters with Polynesian drums to decades of performance and collaboration. His intuitive playing, thoughtful songwriting, and grounded presence bring depth and groove to every show.
Their live shows have a relaxed, open-hearted feel — the kind that draws people in, makes them listen, and leaves them feeling part of something real.
