This is a popular camping area suitable for families and larger groups. It can be accessed by caravans and motor homes though these are not permitted to travel further into the National Park. A network of walking tracks explores the nearby crystal clear creeks and tall rainforest areas of this World Heritage Listed National Park. Facilities include toilets, picnic tables and fireplaces/BBQs. Campers are advised to pack a gas or fuel stove or take your own dry firewood for cooking, as weather conditions often make the firewood difficult to use.
Fees apply for daily vehicle entry into the national park, on top of the camping fee, which is $8.00 per vehicle (no change available so please have the right money). Camping fees are separate from vehicle entry fees. Nationals parks now prefer bookings to be done on-line before arrival. There are 15 available sites.
