As Kyogle welcomes more and more visitors to the region, we are seeking new volunteers to join the incredible team at the Kyogle and Villages (Malcolm Wallis) Visitor Information Centre.
The Kyogle Visitor Information Centre is beginning a new phase, with a new fit-out, revamping of our Scenic Drives and visitor experiences, new artisan products, plus a new visitkyogle website. It is an exciting time to get involved with our visitor destination experience, and to connect to the wide network of information centres throughout the country and the passionate community of volunteers that make up the visitor centre network.
If you are looking for a volunteering opportunity, you are passionate about our region or simply wish to discover more, joining the KVIC Team might be for you.
The Kyogle Visitor Information Centre - KVIC is operated and managed by Kyogle Council. As a KVIC volunteer, you will be volunteering under the auspices of Kyogle Council, working directly with the Business & Events Officer. Following an induction process, you will receive training and ongoing support from Council’s Community and Economic Development Team, as well as the dedicated team of KVIC volunteers.
Learn more about our incredible region, as you promote and share our stunning landscapes, natural environments and World Heritage-listed National Parks. Stay updated with all of the events and ongoings in our LGA and invite visitors to explore and connect with our villages, our hamlets and our valley communities. Share products from our artisan producers, plus the arts and culture offerings happening in throughout the region. Celebrate our communities and the country charm and hospitality that makes Kyogle a truly unique and wonderful place to visit.
