DESCRIPTION:JUNE 27th | 8am – 1pm | LIVE Music from 9am.\nThe Civic Heart of Kyogle comes alive in 2026 with the Stratheden Street Markets!\nKyogle’s key market events – KYOGLE BAZAAR and the KYOGLE FARMERS’ MARKET –  bring the best of the LGA to a closed off Stratheden Street. Live Music\, featuring some of the best-of-the-region’s touring musicians. Market stalls\, artisan producers\, fresh produce\, and crafts and wares will line the length and breadth of Stratheden Street and the Kyogle Council Park.\nIn June we also feature the Kyogle Museum and Historical Society\, and the Kyogle CWA\, celebrating the history and stories of our region. Take a stroll in the sunshine\, sample our artisan products\, listen to some of the best jazz artists in the country\, and finish off with a visit to the Kyogle Museum and a cuppa the at CWA Tearooms. \nMAY FEATURED ARTISTS | Baartzy’s Brew\n\nRenowned Alto Saxophonist\, Martha Baartz joins forces with long time music compatriots and Australian jazz greats Stephen Russell (piano) David Sanders (drums) and Helen Russell (double Bass) to play a program of energetic spirited and mood infused jazz. They will be performing a heart pumping rendition of finely selected and arranged music by\, Hank Mobley\, Ernest Ranglin Steve Russell and Baartz herself\, amongst others. SUMMARY:EXHIBITION LAUNCH | Ross Tamlin: Made In Australia
DESCRIPTION:      \n  \nRoss Tamlin has had 18 solo exhibitions and participated in many Australian exhibitions\, winning a number of prizes and awards. He has successfully exhibited at many International Art Fairs; New York\, Sydney and London to name a few and has been represented by galleries in North America\, Asia and Europe. \nIn this retrospective show\, we will see an extensive collection of works from the last 30 years. Ross paints works that are surreal\, super-real and is widely known for his depictions of text on corrugated iron \nRoss is a full-time artist and he has lived in Kyogle since 2003. That whole time\, he has quietly been exhibiting and selling paintings all over the world. \nFor export customs declarations his invoices stipulate “Made in Australia” and we will finally complete the prestigious list of art epicentres where he has exhibited: New York\, Sydney\, London\, Kyogle. \n  \n  \n  \n\n  \n \n
