DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nStep into the magic of The Wizard of Oz at this year’s Kyogle Flower and Foliage Show on Friday\, 17 April and Saturday\, 18 April.\nFollow the yellow brick road to St Brigid’s School Hall to explore beautiful blooms\, fabulous stalls and interesting workshops.\nWhatever your garden style there will be something for everyone over the rainbow!\nGuest speakers will include Alex Jones of Dreams of Green and Daleys Nursery on Friday at 10.30am and ABC Gardening Show host Phil Dudman on Saturday at 10.30am.\nA canteen serving morning tea\, lunch and refreshments will operate both days.\nAdmission will cost $3 a person. DESCRIPTION:  \nThe Kyogle Lions Community Foodpantry will host a Community Information Day on Thursday\, 30 April\,  2026\, offering residents the chance to connect with a range of support services.\n  \nThe day is aimed at raising awareness of the many government and local services available to support individuals and families. \nAs the services will be setting up their information stalls prior to the Foodpantry opening\, people are asked to be patient with parking arrangements during the morning. The visiting vehicles will be parked away from our site once set up is complete. \nCustomers and the public will be able to visit the stalls and speak with service providers before or after their shopping. \nA free sausage sizzle is being manned by Kyogle Family and Community Support Services. \nAll welcome to come along on the day. \n  \n

In the plainest of language – a better and safe future for us all. \nWe’re calling all residents\, groups\, businesses\, clubs\, not-for-profit organisations\, resilience organisations\, farmers\, creatives\, young people and government workers\, to participate in Imagine Northern Rivers (Kyogle Series). In a 2.5 hour workshop\, we will explore: \n\nWhat does a regenerative\, adaptive and safe future for your community and the region look and feel like? We’re talking social\, environmental\, economic and cultural regeneration.\nWhat actions are needed to take us towards this future?\n\nOur invitation – Anyone who lives\, works or studies in the Kyogle region is invited to participate in our Imagine workshops tailored to the area.
