Bells Bay camping ground is finally re-opening as of 1st January, with the usual COVID-19 restrictions and health safety requirements in place. Please don’t be disappointed if you get turned away.
Lots of improvements have been able to be put into place during the shutdown, so please respect and enjoy the environment.

Owned by NSW Water and managed by the Kyogle Fishing Club, Bells Bay Campground is 33km west of Kyogle at Toonumbar Dam and caters to tents, caravans and camper trailers. Spacious sites set among tall trees and offering plenty of shade. Facilities include open fireplaces, Brand new compost toilets (no showers), picnic tables, boat ramp and excellent access to the Dam. BYO food, drinking water, firewood and toilet paper. No garbage collection, please take your garbage with you.
Excellent fishing (Fishing licences required and can be obtained from the Kyogle Visitor Information Centre 7 days per week 9am-4pm). NO DOGS ALLOWED.
Camping fees apply (used for ongoing maintenance of road and facilities). Set up camp and someone will collect your fees.
Open Friday 6.00am – Sunday 5.00pm, Friday 5.00am – Sunday 7.30pm. CLOSED MON-THURS (except Public and School Holidays)
$10.00 per adult per day (no concessions), $5.00 per child 12-17 years per day, children under 5 – free. Large groups by arrangement.
