Canoe hire is part of the activites to be enjoyed out at the Toonumbar Dam. Call in at House no. 750 out at the Dam for enquiries and organising.
Single seated solid, boyant kayak’s can be hired to explore the waters of the Dam and the environs. Life jackets are provided. A child with an adult can be seated in the kayak.
Costing is $15 per half day ( 8am-12.30pm) or $25 per full day (8am-5pm).
Other activites to be enjoyed out there include fishing ( Fishing licence required-can be obtained from the Kyogle Visitor Information Centre, before driving out to the Dam); golfing; nature walks, BBQ’S and picnicing.
