For a great view over Kyogle and the main streetand the surrounding rolling hills, this is the place to go. The windy narrow road up to the lookout located on Fairy Mount,  through residential area, is NOT suitable for vehicles towing caravans (alternative is Memorial Playground-Highfield for a fantasic view). There are no facilities or seating up here, purely stand and enjoy the view to both the north and south.
A walking trail from the Lookout leads to the trig station on top of the hill, quite a steep and slow walk but the views are great from the top. (this can be quite rough at times and suitable shoes are recommended).
