Shannon Ponton ( Biggest Looser fame) to open new Kyogle Community Gym

Australia’s most famous personal trainer, Shannon Ponton is coming to Kyogle to open the new Kyogle Community Gym on Saturday, July 23rd 2011.
The well-respected star of television’s The Biggest Looser series, Shannon is known for his belief in people making changes in their health and fitness.
The Kyogle Community Gym will be launched at 11am, and the day will feature a welcome to the country by elder Patsy Nagas, formal opening by Shannon Ponton, examples of classes run by local fitness instructors, lots of prizes and giveaways and a free lunch from 12 midday.
The Gym, which will be housed underneath the grandstand at the Kyogle Showground has seen a great transformation of the heritage building. Anyone who saw it before comments on just how much of a transformation it is.
