National park closures in the area

Sheepstation Creek Campground in Border Ranges National Park is closed from Monday 13th November to Friday 1st December to allow for upgrade work. Forest Tops Campground is still open but is not suitable for caravans. Booyong Walking Track, Rosewood Loop, Palm Valley Track and Brushbox Falls Lookout are also closed. 

The Eastern side of the Border Ranges National Park is now accessible to Bar Mountain but entry to the Border Ranges is still via Wiangaree only. THERE IS STILL NO ACCESS VIA BARKERS VALE AT THIS TIME. All visitor areas of the Park are now open except the areas listed above.

Murray’s Scrub Walking Track in Toonumbar National Park is currently closed due to storm damage.

Wollumbin National Park (Mt Warning) is now open, though there are still road works on Mt Warning Road, so delays may be experienced.

Cutters Camp Campground and Hut Shelter in Mebbin National Park are closed until 22nd December for major construction works.
