Levuka Rainforest Recreation Park is family friendly and offers extensive camping grounds with privacy, hot showers, flushing toilets, all-weather access.  Levuka is an environmentally sustainable working cattle property and is managed to be family friendly. A network of 4WD tracks is available for the enthusiast, graded from medium to challenging (no motorbikes). You can enjoy bushwalking, old growth rainforest.  There are two waterfalls on two creeks.  Dogs like camping too and are welcome. Open all year. Levuka has a low-density camping policy so that even on the busiest weekend you have privacy and a place to yourself, on the 60acre camping grounds with no dust problems. New concrete pathways have been installed to the amenities block, and general upgrading of tracks around the property has happened during late 2009. Visitors can now bring your own canoes, kayaks, life jackets etc to enjoy time on the lake.
